Whlist boldly going where no man has gone before Scotty encounters an apparent paradise which is in fact not what it seems—as well as a Klingon captain with a new secret weapon who ambushes them and drains the dilithium crystals, depletes the shields to 5%, and isolates the landing party but their opponent turns out to be misled and vulnerable to a good talking to and so the guest star dies a heroic death, which means everything turns out okay, and everybody forgets it ever happened. Then, finally Scotty says something snappy and they leave at warp factor three.
